The Case Manager Certificate is designed to provide you with the foundation knowledge and skills necessary to perform the functions, tasks, duties and responsibilities assigned to case managers in a variety of human service organizations.
This curriculum is based on recently developed Skill Standards and substantial input from practicing case managers who work in public, governmental, non-profit and private human service settings.
